Doug Esmond, ASE Certified Master Technician
Doug comes to us from California and has worked on everything from Plymouths to Rolls Royces. He's highly skilled in automotive diagnostics and repair which is testament to his many years of diligence, study and practice.  Doug and his wife Amber are raising two of the cutest kids you have ever seen, Amon and Delia.

Charley Wilson, Owner, ASE Certified Technician
Charley started working on cars at a young age. After 10 years of working and traveling he came to Asheville and earned a degree in Biology from Warren Wilson College. He started up The Organic Mechanic with a jack and a bag of tools in May of 2004.

Nicki Weber, Service Manager, Trained Technician
Nicki completed automotive college here in Asheville and went on to start her own business in town. After several years she came on board at the Organic Mechanic to help carry the shop and its values forward. She has become an excellent service advisor and can help you with your problems (i.e. Automotive Problems, we make no claims on her therapy skills!)

Jason Gosnell, ASE Certified Master Technician
Jason started working on cars when he was 7 years old, helping his dad keep the family car on the road.  After high school, Jason attended automotive college at A-B tech and became a professional technician in 2001.  His skills have grown over his professional career earning him master technician status.
